Cancellation Policy

Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

After this 24-hour window, your order may already be processing, and we may be unable to make changes or cancel it.

If your order is successfully cancelled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

To allow enough time to use FRESQ consistently, we ask that you try the product for a minimum of 14 days before requesting a return.

If you remain unsatisfied after 14 days, you may request a return within 30 days of your purchase date. Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We package our products with care to help ensure they arrive safely.

A product is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Please note that damaged outer packaging, such as a dented box, is not considered product damage if the product itself remains in good condition.

If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@drinkfresq.com with a clear photo of the issue.

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement at no cost to you.

We cannot refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, incorrect addresses, or other factors outside our control.

If an issue arises with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly for the most up-to-date information.

FRESQ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, you may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or resend.
