At FRESQ, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders—no minimum purchase required!


Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it has been placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is officially in transit to your chosen address.

During high-volume periods—such as holidays or major sales—processing times may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times refer to the transit period after your order has been dispatched. Delivery speed depends on various factors, including your location.

Average shipping times is 4-7 business days.

Please note that during peak seasons and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit and tracking updates. For international shipments, unexpected customs delays may also extend delivery times beyond what is shown above.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are complete and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may result in delays or order cancellation.

If our system detects an address issue, our support team will reach out by email within 3 business days of the order being placed. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us at hello@drinkfresq.com within 24 hours. We will do our best to correct the issue, but changes cannot be guaranteed after this window.


Delayed Delivery

At FRESQ, we understand how important timely delivery is. While we strive to ship all orders quickly, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control. These may include:

  • Customs processing
  • Product availability issues
  • Payment or address verification delays

If we encounter any issues that may delay your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Please note that FRESQ is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors, and exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. However, we will always work to keep you informed and assist where possible.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We know how frustrating it can be if a package is lost or stolen. Once an order has been handed to the courier, it is no longer within our control.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@drinkfresq.com and we will help guide you through the next steps.

We also recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as they may require additional information from you. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf and provide updates whenever possible.

Please note:

  • FRESQ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, as these fall outside our refund policy.
  • Depending on the outcome of the courier's investigation, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
  • In some cases, the courier may locate and deliver the package.
  • If the package cannot be found, we may advise filing a police report.
